The one bedroom apartment (44 m² ) consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, a double room and a bathroom with a shower. They are all equipped with TV, safe, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with capsules and hairdryer. All have a veranda or balcony with table and chairs, Wi-Fi connection and front or side sea view. It's possible to add an extra bed (with extra charge, typology +1).
Costs to be paid upon arrival
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)FINAL CLEANING: € 80,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Badesi in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
